A Birthday Gift/Treat Box for LPOCF

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a fantastic Sunday. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog. Our theme is as always “Anything Goes”, and we have Polkadoodles as our generous sponsor, so I really hope you will find some time to join us in the fun.

For this challenge, I made a small box. After printing the adorable image called Picking Flowers Fairy Winnie Daisy - that’s a long name! - I stenciled the background using Broken China Distress ink. I then put it aside to dry and continued with scoring and folding the box. Next, I grabbed my markers and colored the image. After that, I stamped the sentiment and added white highlights. I also distressed the edges of the finished panel. Before gluing the box together, I adhered all the DP and panel. As a finishing touch, I added three iridescent gems, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

Stamps used: Picking Flowers Fairy Winnie Daisy (Polkadoodles), sentiment (Lawn Fawn)
