A Bookmark in Pink

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a fabulous week so far. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Creations in Pink. Our theme is always “Anything Goes in Mainly Pink”, so just as long as you have MORE PINK than any other colors in your creations, you’re good to join in the fun.

For this challenge, I made a bookmark. I started with stenciling the cloud background with Distress Oxide Ink in Picked Raspberry. While it was drying, I colored in the cute elephant with markers. Next, I fussy cut the image and adhered it onto the stenciled background. After that, I matted the piece on pink cardstock and tied the twine. As a finishing touch,  I added some white highlights here and there, and my bookmark was done.

A New Challenge at Creative Knockouts

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a fabulous week so far. In today’s post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Creative Knockouts. The theme for the next two weeks is “Anything Goes”, and StarStampz as our generous sponsor offers 3 digis to one lucky winner, so I really hope you will find some time to join us.

For this challenge, I made a gift box. After making the slider box, I colored in the adorable image called Spring Sunshine. To decorate the lid, I made a mini easel card. I left out the sentiment on purpose, so I can add it when needed.

Hi there and welcome. I wish you a happy Valentine’s Day. In this, I’d like to share my DT card for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

The image I played with for this challenge is from a set called LMM Flower Fairy Set 2 (Last Minute Manda). For coloring, I grabbed my markers in rainbow shades. I kept the design really simple to keep the focus on the beautiful image.

Hi there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. Today, I’d like to share my DT cards for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

The image I played with for this challenge is called All Star Bouquet from Alex Syberia. I printed it twice and colored one with Copic markers. Then I die cut a star from both panels. I also die cut two bigger stars and colored them using the dark navy shade I used for the star on the image. Next, I matted the main panels onto black scalloped cardstock. Then, I adhered the star shapes and also added the sentiments with foam tapes. As a finishing touch, I applied Crystal Stickles and Glossy Accents onto my colorful card and added gems to the spotlight-colored one.
