Super Sparkly Background Card II

Hey there and welcome. In this post, I want to share another card with a super glittery background. I left it without a sentiment because I did not want to cover up any of the gorgeous sparkles...

The whole process of making it can be found on my YouTube channel, so feel free to click HERE if you’re interested.

I hope you like how my card turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and keep safe!

A Cute Birthday Card

Hey there and welcome. I hope all of you are doing well. Today I have a very CAS card to share. I grabbed one of my favorite rubber stamps and heat embossed the image (I love those ‘Beatrice“ images, just too adorable!). For coloring,
I used watercolor pencils. I then glued down two pieces of scrap patterned paper, adhered the image with foam tape
and stamped the sentiment. As a final touch, I added three gems as bubbles, and my card was done.

I hope you like how my card turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and keep safe!

Favorite Color Combo Challenge at Creative Knockouts

Hey there and welcome. Today I want to share with you my DT project for Creative Knockouts. This week we want to see your “Favorite Color Combo” on your creations, and Hetty Clare is the fabulous sponsor offering 2 images to one lucky winner, and that could be you, so I really hope you will find some time to play along with us!

The image of my choice was Country Girl, and because I love to use bright colors, I went for blue & yellow. Before adhering the patterned paper, I inked the front of my note card with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink which I used for stamping the sentiment as well. I then glued down the image directly to the card front. To finish off the card, I added some faux stitching around my colored image and my card was finished.

I hope you like how my card turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Celebration Card

Hey there and welcome. Recently, I have been trying to use up all kinds of scraps that I have been hoarding for quite a long time. And in my box full of scraps, I found a piece of patterned paper which was almost big enough to cover the entire front of my card. I also went through my stash of digi stamps and rediscovered this super adorable penguin image called Celebration Penguin (2 Cute Ink). I wanted to stick to the rainbow color scheme, so I colored in the image by only using rainbow colors. I normally use black and gray for penguin images, but this blue one looks nice, too.

I hope you like how my card turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and keep safe!

You Rule

Hey there and welcome. I hope all of you are well and healthy. Today I have a masculine CAS card to share. The image and sentiment I stamped directly onto the front of my square note card. I first wanted to color in the images using my alcohol markers, but then decided to use some metallic paints in gold and copper. The metallic shine is so hard to capture on photos, but in real life it looks beautiful.

I hope you like how my card turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and keep safe!

Anything Goes Challenge at Creative Knockouts

Hey there and welcome. Today I want to share with you my DT card for Creative Knockouts. This week’s theme is “Anything Goes”, and Di’s Digi Stamps as the fabulous sponsor offers a $6 voucher to one lucky winner, and that could be you, so I really hope you will find some time to play along with us!

After stamping the image on watercolor paper, I colored it in with watercolor pencils. Then I die cut the sentiment using a bold sentiment die. The letters I heat embossed using Hero Arts’ sparkle embossing powder before doing the die cut inlay technique. As a final touch, I also added a strip of lacy die cut border, and my card was finished.

I hope you like how my card turned out, and I am really looking forward to seeing what you create for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny
