A Thank You Card for ‘A Place to Start Challenge’

Hey there and welcome. I hope this month got off to a fantastic start for you. In this post, I would like to share my DT creation for A Place to Start Challenge Blog. The theme for September is as always Anything Goes.

For this challenge, I made a masculine thank you card. I used an old image from Bugaboo (I still love their images so much!). The sentiment was included in the set. After coloring it with markers, I die cut the panel and matted it on a scalloped die-cut piece. Next, I embossed the front of my card base. Then I tore some DP scraps and adhered them onto the card base. To finish off the card, I applied some Crystal Stickles and also added sequins & white highlights.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Gift/Treat Box for LPOCF

Hey there and welcome. I hope this month got off to a fabulous start for you. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog. Our theme is as always “Anything Goes”, and we have SheepSki Designs as our generous sponsor, so I really hope you will find some time to join us in the fun.

For this challenge, I made a small gift box. The beautiful image I used here is called Gladioli, and I colored it with markers. After scoring and folding the box, I adhered the DP and image. Then I added white highlights and a faux-stitching line. Before gluing the box together, I stamped the sentiment. As a finishing touch, I adhered three pearls, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Christmas Gift Box for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge

Hi there and welcome. I hope you have a fabulous week so far. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is as always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

For this challenge, I made a Christmas gift box. The digi I used is from a set called Shabby Chic Snowmen, and I colored it with markers. After coloring and fussy cutting, I made the box. Next, I adhered the image with foam tapes. As a finishing touch, I added some iridescent gems, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Treat/Gift Box in Rainbow Colors

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. In this post, I’d like to share a small treat box. The image I played with is from a set called Hang Gliding (Penguin Palace), and it’s just adorable! I happened to the lucky winner at Pammie’s Challenges, so I was allowed to choose some cute digi sets from Penguin Palace :-) For coloring the image, I used Prisma color pencils for a change. After making the box, I adhered the sentiment (included in the set) and image with foam tapes. As a finishing touch, I added two sequins, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope to see you all again soon.

Have a fabulous week.

Hugs,

Jinny
