A Christmas Gift Box for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge

Hi there and welcome. I hope you have a fabulous week so far. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is as always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

For this challenge, I made a Christmas gift box. The digi I used is from a set called Shabby Chic Snowmen, and I colored it with markers. After coloring and fussy cutting, I made the box. Next, I adhered the image with foam tapes. As a finishing touch, I added some iridescent gems, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Treat/Gift Box in Rainbow Colors

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. In this post, I’d like to share a small treat box. The image I played with is from a set called Hang Gliding (Penguin Palace), and it’s just adorable! I happened to the lucky winner at Pammie’s Challenges, so I was allowed to choose some cute digi sets from Penguin Palace :-) For coloring the image, I used Prisma color pencils for a change. After making the box, I adhered the sentiment (included in the set) and image with foam tapes. As a finishing touch, I added two sequins, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope to see you all again soon.

Have a fabulous week.

Hugs,

Jinny

A Birthday Card for Dream Valley

Hey there and welcome. I hope your week got off to a fantastic start. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Dream Valley Challenges. Our theme this time is “Anything Goes”, and even though there are no sponsors this time, I still hope you’ll find some time to join us.

The last few weeks, I had made a lot of gift/treat boxes. So, for this challenge, I made a card for a change. To make this, I grabbed one of my beautiful but neglected rubber stamps instead of using a digi. The image I stamped with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder. For coloring, I used watercolor pencils. Next, I stenciled the cloud background. Then I fussy cut the image, and I also die cut a blue frame. After adhering the parts onto the card base, I stamped the sentiment. As a finishing touch, I added three gems, and my card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

A Birthday Gift/Treat Box for LPOCF

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a fantastic Sunday. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog. Our theme is as always “Anything Goes”, and we have Polkadoodles as our generous sponsor, so I really hope you will find some time to join us in the fun.

For this challenge, I made a small box. After printing the adorable image called Picking Flowers Fairy Winnie Daisy - that’s a long name! - I stenciled the background using Broken China Distress ink. I then put it aside to dry and continued with scoring and folding the box. Next, I grabbed my markers and colored the image. After that, I stamped the sentiment and added white highlights. I also distressed the edges of the finished panel. Before gluing the box together, I adhered all the DP and panel. As a finishing touch, I added three iridescent gems, and my box was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny
