Use a Stencil Challenge at The Crafter’s Cafe

Hey there and welcome. Today, I want to share my DT project for The Crafter’s Cafe. The theme is Use a Stencil, and   Dr Digi as our fabulous sponsor offers 2 images for the winner, so I hope you will find some time to join in the fun.

To create this card, I started with stenciling the background using DI in Broken China. While the card base was drying, I colored the image with Prisma colored pencils. Then I die cut a frame and colored it up with a red marker. The rest was really simple and fast to do: After adhering the frame and the panel, I stamped the sentiment and drew a faux-stitching line. As a final touch, I added some gems, and my card was done.

I hope you like how my card turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

Stamps used: Selfie Santa (Dr. Digi), sentiment from a MFT set
