A New Challenge at Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge

Hi there and welcome. I hope you have a fantastic week so far. In this post, I'd like to share my DT card for Penny’s Paper-Crafty Challenge. Our theme is always Anything Goes, so I hope you will find some time to play along with us.

The image I played with for this challenge is called Peony Kokeshi Doll. It is full of details, so I decided to go with the spotlight coloring technique. I first die cut an oval, colored that with markers and matted it onto three white die-cut cardstock pieces. I then adhered my panel onto black card base. As a final touch, I added gold and white highlights, and my card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

Stamp used: Peony Kokeshi Doll (Color of Love)
