Clothing Styles for Children Challenge at The Crafter’s Cafe: Card #2

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. In this post, I’d like to share my DT project for The Crafter’s Cafe. The theme is Clothing Styles for Children, and we have two generous sponsors for this challenge: All Dressed Up and Fred She Said.

The adorable image I played with is called Emma in the Leaves. For coloring this cutie, I used Prisma colored pencils.  To add the sentiment, I did the eclipse technique. Next, I applied Crystal Stickles onto my greeting. As a finishing touch, I added some sequins, and my card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny

Stamp used: Emma in the Leaves (Fred She Said)

A New Challenge at The Crafter’s Cafe: Card #1

Hey there and welcome. I hope you have a wonderful week so far. In this post, I’d like to share my DT project for The Crafter’s Cafe. The theme is Clothing Styles for Children, and we have two generous sponsors for this challenge: All Dressed Up and Fred She Said.

The adorable image I played with is called Popsicle. For coloring this cutie, I used alcohol markers. Next, I adhered a piece of scrap DP onto my card base and added the oval panel on top. I left out the sentiment, so I can add a personalized greeting later on. As a finishing touch, I added faux-stitching around the oval border, and my card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hugs,

Jinny
