A New Challenge At Creative Knockouts

Hey there and welcome. Today, I want to share my DT project for Creative Knockouts. The theme for this week is “Funny Cards”, and Dr. Digi’s House of Stamps as our generous sponsor offers 2 images for one lucky winner, so I really hope you will find some time to play along with us!

The image I used is called Doggy-Zoom, and I colored it with Prisma colored pencils. During these days of the pandemic, Zoom has become a part of our daily lives, and the idea of dogs getting started with Zoom is so funny :-) I really enjoyed the coloring process and kept this card simple. To finish it off, I just added a frame, and my card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

Hey there and welcome. Today, I want to share my DT project for The Crafter’s Cafe. The theme is “Fantasy”, and CHUBBY MERMAID as our generous sponsor offers $5.99 PDF book to one lucky winner, so I hope you will find some time to join in the fun.

The image I used is called Cute Witch Halloween. For coloring, I grabbed Prisma colored pencils. To add the sentiment, I die cut inlaid it. Then I adhered the finished panel at an angle, so I had some room left to add black gems. They are hard to see on the pictures, but they are there :-) As a final touch, I applied a lot of Stickles onto the letters, and my card was done.
