Sincere Thanks Bridge Card

Hey there and welcome. Today I want to share with you a bridge card. Although I love making interactive and fun fold cards, I don’t like them to be too complicated, for example if I have to use some special (complicated) dies or tools. But these bridge cards are sooo easy to make, so I am definitely going to make more of them. How to make those card bases can be found on Jennifer McGuire’s channel :)

After stamping the images with black pigment ink, I sprinkled some clear embossing powder and heat set them.
Then I used watercolor pencils to color them in. The flowers were easy to fussy cut, but around the cute fairy girl I left
a white rim. I then used some scrap patterned paper to decorate the card base. After gluing down the images, I realized that I had forgotten the sentiment, so I stamped the greeting on some scrap vellum. To adhere the sentiment strip, I first glued down some gems and then applied liquid glue on the back of the gems. This way I could avoid the glue showing through the vellum.

I hope you like how my card turned out.

Thanks for stopping by and keep safe!

Hugs,

Jinny

Stamps used: Posey (Whimsy Stamps), 4 Flowers (Hero Arts), Sincere Thanks (Kraftin’ Kimmie)
