Hey there and welcome. Today, I want to share my DT project for The Crafter’s Cafe. The theme is “Favorite Color Combo”, and we have three generous sponsors this time: SheepSki Designs, Stamper's Delight, and Decosse’s Dynamite, so I hope you will find some time to join in the fun.
To make my first card, I used Freesia Vase. For coloring, I grabbed Prisma colored pencils. My favorite color combo is Kraft + any other colors, but I kind of cheated on this one. My printer is finicky, so printing on thicker paper is totally impossible :-( So, instead of printing the image on Kraft cardstock, I printed it on thin marker paper as usual, and then combined several brown shades to get the Kraft look. It turned out okay, but when I put the finished panel on Kraft card base, sadly the difference was quite visible, therefore I ended up adhering it on white card base.
I hope you like how my card turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!
