A Masculine Birthday Card for Dream Valley

Hey there and welcome. I hope your week got off to a fantastic start. In this post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Dream Valley Challenges. Our theme is “Anything Goes”, and I hope you’ll find some time to join us.

For this challenge I made a masculine thank you card. I started with coloring the adorable image using markers. I then cut it into a square. Next, I cut a bigger square from scrap white card stock and colored the edges with the darkest green shade that I had used on the image. After adhering both onto my card base, I stamped the sentiment, and my CAS card was done.

I hope you like how it turned out, and I really look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge!

A Card in Rainbow Colors for ‘A Place to Start Challenge’

Hey there and welcome. I hope this month got off to a fantastic start for you. In this post, I would like to share my DT creation for A Place to Start Challenge Blog. The theme for November is as always Anything Goes with the optional twist of including thankful sentiments.

For this challenge, I made a thanks card. I wanted to use up my stack of scrap white card stock, so I die cut a lot of hearts. To create some dimension, I glued three of them together. I then adhered them directly onto my card base. Next, I carefully colored them using markers. Because of the dimension, it was really easy to do. I then die cut the sentiment and glued the letters onto the hearts. As a finishing touch, I applied Crystal Stickles and Glossy Accents, and my card was done.

A Christmas Gift/Treat Bag for LPOCF

Hey there and welcome. I hope you’re doing very well. In today’s post, I’d like to share my DT creation for Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog. Our theme is as always “Anything Goes”, and we have Beccy’s Place as our generous sponsor, so I really hope you will find some time to join us in the fun.

For this challenge, I made a little gift/treat bag. The adorable image I used here is from a set called Christmas Cardinals. For coloring, I used markers. I then scored and folded the gift bag. To create a snow border, I tore a piece of white card stock and adhered it onto the DP (this beautiful freebie can be found here). Next, I glued the sentiment and fussy-cut image. And I also added some white highlights. Before assembling the box, I attached the finished panel. To close the bag, I punched a hole and tied some ribbon. As a finishing touch, I added three gems, and my bag was done.
